Punto Nima was created and designed as a result of the partnership between Fortem Capital and Central de Arquitectura.

Fortem Capital is a company founded in 2018 by Miguel Sánchez Navarro Madero with the goal of managing private capital funds for real estate investment in Mexico, with the aim of developing integral real estate investment programs, generating value and strengthening the relationship with investors by providing quality services with profitable results. In 2018, they began in Baja California Sur with projects such as the Al Mar residential and Hotel Perla in La Paz, Hotel Tropicana Inn, and now, together with Central de Arquitectura; Punto Nima in San José del Cabo.

Central de Arquitectura is a young company that has been consolidating itself as one of the real estate development groups in Mexico with the highest quality and best service since 1998. The founding architects and directors, José Sánchez and Moisés Ison, continue to create and develop projects of excellence together with their creative team. The central concept of the company is to merge financial planning, design, construction, and sales of real estate within a global strategy that allows for resource optimization, while seeking excellence in construction and design, as well as the best customer service.
